Those who own property, work, or go to school in Mount Clemens, or own property within the Mount Clemens Community School District, are eligible to receive a library card. A valid driver's license or state ID with a current address is required.
Those that live in the Suburban Library Cooperative (SLC) service area, need to get a library card at their home library prior to using services at the Mount Clemens Public Library.
